SCOTUS bench math, as I’ve been saying for months, most likely suggests that 14th Birth Right Citizenship will NOT go our way.
Roberts, Kagan, Soto, Jumanji, and serpentine ACB means we lose 5-4.
Maybe 6-3 if Kavanaugh or Gorsuch is gay. Sucks.
