- I've known this was coming from renting different cars over the past few years - - - ANY new rental car with LANE ASSISTANCE, where the car will automatically keep you in the center of your lane including gentle highway curves - and will start BRAKING when you come too close to vehicle in front of you - HAS those CAMERAS that look at you (and sense your hands on the steering wheel) and some cars would show an image of steaming cup of coffee on digital dashboard, or ask "Are you drowsy?" or say "INATTENTIVE DRIVER" or something like that - sometimes very annoying on long drives.
