In the video when Trump talks about the "steel frame" and "THE NARROW WINDOWS" of the Towers he is talking about the unique design of the towers, which completed in 1973 were OVER-ENGINEERED with late 1960s technology which included a MASSIVELY OVERBUILT INTERNAL STEEL FRAME and MASSIVELY overbuilt steel "rebar" REINFORCED CONCRETE DECKS and a central, SOLID CONCRETE castle like structures for the stairs and elevators. Today's buildings with more sophisticated engineering use far less concrete and steel to save weight and costs....

...but IN ADDITION to all that MASSIVELY OVERBUILT steel frame, steel reinforced concrete floors and central elevator shafts, the ENGINEERS DESIGNED AN ENTIRELY SEPARATE STRUCTURAL SYSTEM - the OUTER SOLID STEEL FACADE of HEAVY GAUGE FLAT STEEL stamped in to the unique 3-dimensional shape, with the windows between this EXTERNAL STEEL STRUCTURE.
This was AN ENTIRELY SELF-SUPPORTING STRUCTURE from GROUND to 110 stories up - completely independent of the structural iron (steel) frame and massively reinforced concrete floors and central elevator shafts.
IF the building had "COLLAPSED" as the media tells us - this unique EXTERNAL STEEL FRAME FACADE would have held the building up on its own! AND IF it had STILL "collapsed" that HEAVY GAUGE STEEL would have remained LIKE A SOCK around what remained of the "collapsed" sections of the building - BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE - WHAT YOU SEE is 110 STORIES of HEAVILY REINFORCED CONCRETE TURNING TO PULVERIZED CONCRETE DUST in just over 10 seconds, and the EXTERNAL STEEL "sleeve" STRUCTURE BEING BLASTED to UNRECOGNIZABLE bits in 10 seconds as well
